GST: CBIC Issues Instructions on Procedures to be Followed During Search Operation - 11.02.2021

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) issues the guidelines regarding procedures to be followed during the search operation. It was noticed wherein proper procedures have apparently not been followed during search proceedings and the Panchnamas statements have not been recorded as per present guidelines and instructions.
