GHC to GST Authorities: Release Seized Docs and if it Cannot be Returned then Assign Cogent Reasons - 11.02.2021

Gujarat High Court (GHC) has directed the GST authorities to release the seized documents and if it cannot be returned then assign cogent reasons and communicate the same in writing to the writ applicants so that they can take necessary recourse available to them in law.
