SC Directs NRI Man to Make Representation in Plea Seeking Maintenance of 'Non-Resident Status' - 10.02.2021

Supreme Court has directed a representation to be made to the Central Board of Direct Taxes regarding reliefs to be granted to Non Resident Indians in terms of payment of taxes under the Income Tax Act for financial year 2020-21 in wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
