SC Stays HC Order Directing Delhi Govt to Bear Costs of Gadgets Given to EWS Students - 10.02.2021

Supreme Court has stayed a Delhi High Court judgment which directed the Delhi Government to bear the costs of gadgets which the schools were directed to provide free of cost to students under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other Disadvantaged Groups (DG) to enable them to attend online classes.
