J&K HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Establishment of State Anti-Doping Agency - 10.02.2021

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has dismissed a plea seeking establishment of a State Anti-Doping Agency on the guidelines of National Anti-Doping Agency. The Court has observed that it may not be possible for the Government to have the Anti-Doping Agency in each State or Union Territory separately as it all depends on the financial conditions and the priorities before the Government.
