SC Directs Builders of Maradu Apartment Complexes to Pay 50% Interim Compensation - 10.02.2021

Supreme Court has indicated that builders of the demolished and illegal high-rise Maradu apartment complexes in Kerala ought to pay 50% of the interim compensation to residents in a time-bound manner or face revenue recovery proceedings.
