Bombay HC Rejects Bail Application of Gautam Navlakha in Elgar Parishad-Maoist Links Case - 09.02.2021

Bombay High Court has rejected the bail application of senior journalist and activist - Gautam Navlakha - an accused in the Elgar Parishad – Maoist links case. The Court has passed the order on a criminal appeal filed by Navlakha against an order of the special Court, which rejected his application for default bail in June, 2020.
