Karnataka HC: Higher Educational Qualification of Wife Not Enough Reason Not to Give Maintenance - 09.02.2021

Karnataka High Court has dismissed the revision petition filed by a husband challenging the family order which directed him to pay Rs 3,000 per month to his wife, stating that merely because a woman possesses high educational qualifications is not a reason by itself to presume that she can maintain herself.
