SC Allows Schools to Collect Entire Fees from Students in Equal Instalments - 09.02.2021

Supreme Court has allowed schools to collect the entire fee from students in six equal monthly instalment, staying a Rajasthan High Court judgment which allowed private unaided CBSE schools to collect only 70% tuition fee.
