SC Dismisses Plea Seeking Criminal Prosecution on Director General of BSF - 09.02.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed as withdrawn a petition seeking criminal prosecution of Rakesh Asthana, the present Director General of Border Security Force under section 7 & 7 A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
