SC: Shifting of Baner Garbage Plant is in Public Interest - 09.02.2021

Supreme Court has observed that given the number of residences around the Pune Municipal Corporation’s wet garbage processing plant on Sus Road in Baner, the only thing that can be done in public interest is to shift the plant.
