Orissa HC Dismisses Bail Plea of Advocate Debashis Panda - 02.02.2016

Orissa HC has dismissed anticipatory bail application of Advocate Debashis Panda, who was charged by CBI in June 2014 for his alleged commission of offence under several sections of IPC and Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act of 1978.
