Allahabad HC: Minor Girl Not Allowed to Live in Matrimonial Home Till She Attains Majority - 08.02.2021

Allahabad High Court has held that a minor girl cannot be allowed to live in a matrimonial relationship with a man she claims to be her husband, even if she had left her home of her own accord and married the Man out of her own free will, till she attains majority.
