P&H High Court Asks Punjab Chief Secy to Explain State Finances - 02.02.2016

P&H High Court has directed Punjab Chief Secretary to file response about State’s finances after noticing that though State Govt. is not able to pay employees’ retirement benefits and other bounden payments under various schemes, it has sanctioned Rs 46.5 crore for Mukh Mantri Teerath Darshan Yatra scheme.
