Madras HC: PMLA Cannot be Invoked if No Nexus Between Criminal Activity and Property Acquired - 08.02.2021

Madras High Court has held that the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 cannot be invoked in the absence of nexus between criminal activity and property acquired.
