NCDRC Sentences Directors of Parsvnath Developers to Imprisonment for Failure to Refund Money - 08.02.2021

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has sentenced the Managing Director and directors of Parsvnath Developers to three years in prison for failing to refund money on time to five customers waiting for flats in a Noida project.
