J&K HC Stays Levy of Revised Stamp Duties on Registration of Documents - 05.02.2021

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has stayed a circular that issued revised stamp duty rates to be levied during registration of documents in an order on a petition challenging retrospective application of the said revised rates.
