Bombay High Court Directs PWD to Follow Due Process in Theur Road Project - 05.02.2021

Bombay High Court has directed the public works department (PWD) and other respondent authorities “not to go ahead with the construction” of the Theur village to Theur Phata stretch of the Ashtavinayak road project “without following due process of law”.
