Madras HC: Man and Woman Found Inside Locked House Cannot be Presumed to be in Illicit Relationship - 04.02.2021

Madras High Court has observed that a man and a woman found inside a locked house cannot be presumed to be in an illicit sexual relationship. The presence of two individuals of opposite sex inside a locked house need not necessarily lead to a presumption that they were in an immoral relationship.
