Karnataka HC Refuses to Quash Case Against Chief Minister’s Political Secretary - 04.02.2021

Karnataka High Court has declined to quash criminal proceedings against N.R. Santosh, political secretary to Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, in the case of an attempt to kidnap N.S. Vinay, who was working as an adviser to K.S. Eshwarappa when the latter was Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council.
