ITAT, Allahabad: No Tax Applicable on Interest Income Linked to Power Plant - 04.02.2021

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Allahabad has held that the no tax is applicable on the interest income linked with the power plant set up as it is capital receipt.
