SC: Authority Has to Record Belief of Commission of Money Laundering Before Freezing Account - 04.02.2021

Supreme Court has observed that before directing freezing of bank accounts under Prevention of Money¬ Laundering Act, 2002, the Authority has to record the belief of commission of the act of money laundering.
