Supreme Court Disposes Of PIL Seeking Action Against China-Backed Fake Loans - 04.02.2021

Supreme Court has disposed of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition seeking action against China-backed fake loan apps by asking the petitioner to approach the Union Ministry with an appropriate representation.
