Delhi HC Directs Reconsideration on Revocation of Registration of Shubh Lakshmi Capital - 04.02.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Appellate Authority of the Reserve Bank of India to reconsider the revocation of registration certificate of Shubh Lakshmi Capital Limited- a Non Banking Financial Company, on grounds of shortfall in its its Net Owned Fund (NOF).
