Calcutta HC: Writ Jurisdiction Can be Invoked Despite Availability of Alternative Remedy - 03.02.2021

Calcutta High Court has held that a writ petition Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1949, challenging the jurisdiction of National Company Law Tribunal in a matter, is maintainable despite existence of an alternate remedy in form of appeal before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
