SC Issues Notice on Plea Against Illegal Encroachments on Eco-Fragile Floodplains of River Ganga - 03.02.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice in an appeal filed against a National Green Tribunal Order which dismissed the plea filed against vast-scale illegal constructions and encroachments on nearly 800 acres of the eco-fragile floodplains of River Ganga in Patna.
