Rajasthan HC: Smuggler Can be Prosecuted Under UAPA Act - 03.02.2021

Rajasthan High Court has said that a smuggler prosecuted under Customs Act, 1962 could also be prosecuted under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 treating smuggling as an act of terror.
