#Union Budget 2021-2022: Union Government Proposes to Ease Compliance Burden for Filing ITR - 01.02.2021

Union Government has proposed to reduce compliance burden on people above 75 years, who get pension and earn interest from deposits, from filing of Income Tax returns. The time limit for reopening an assessment has been reduced from six years to three years.
