President proclaims powers under Article 356 in Arunachal Pradesh

The President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, proclaimed powers of government, legislature and governor of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. The Government has cited insurgency and political and economic instability for imposing President’s rule.
