Central Registration Centre established under Companies Act, 2013

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has established a Central Registration Centre to process and decide applications for reservation of names under the Companies Act, 2013. The Centre, located in Gurgaon, Haryana, will function under the control of the Registrar of Companies.
