SC Sets Aside Allahabad HC Order Quashing Appointment of Assistant Professor - 01.02.2021

Supreme Court has set aside an Allahabad High Court order which quashed appointment of an Assistant Professor of King George Medical University, observing that the appointment was not challenged in reasonable time as per the provisions of the applicable Act.
