Kerala HC: NGOs Should Avoid Using ‘Central’ or ‘State’ or ‘National’ in Name - 01.02.2021

Kerala High Court has observed that Non-Government Organizations or association, or societies, as far as possible, should avoid, using the name 'Central' or 'State' or 'National'.
