Karnataka HC Pulls Up BBMP for Not Carrying Out Proper Survey of Illegal Structures - 01.02.2021

Karnataka High Court has pulled up the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) for not properly carrying out a survey to identify illegal religious structures in the city of Bengaluru, following the statement that only 17 illegal religious constructions have come up within BBMP limits on public places after 29th September 2009.
