SC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking for Appointment of National Environmental Regulator - 29.01.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central Government in a plea seeking for the appointment of a National Environmental Regulator to oversee and give directions pertaining to Environmental Clearances for projects.
