P&H High Court Dismisses Protection Plea of Married Woman Residing With Another Man - 29.01.2021

Punjab & Haryana High Court has dismissed the protection plea filed by a married woman who decided to live with another man without dissolution of her marriage, with costs of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited with District Legal Services Authority, Patiala.
