Madras HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Appointment on Compassionate Grounds - 29.01.2021

Madras High Court has dismissed a petition seeking appointment on compassionate grounds, observing that if the compassionate appointment was treated as one more source of recruitment, then it will be violative of the Article 16 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
