SC Stays Bombay HC Judgment Holding 'Skin to Skin' Contact Necessary for 'Sexual Assault' - 27.01.2021

Supreme Court has stayed a Bombay High Court order acquitting a man accused of child abuse on the grounds that groping a child's breasts without 'skin-to-skin contact' didn't amount to 'sexual assault' under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
