MCA Notifies Procedure for Disposal of Application for Conversion of Public Company into Private - 27.01.2021

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the procedure for disposal of application for conversion of a public company into private in case of objection by Regional Director, notifying that where an objection has been received, the same shall be recorded in writing and the Regional Director shall hold a hearing within a period of 30 days and direct the company to file an affidavit to record the consensus.
