Madras HC to Centre: Shouldn't LGBT People's Rights and Privacy Be Protected - 01.02.2016

Madras HC has asked Centre, “shouldn't LGBT (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender) people be accorded a special or different legal status and be recognized as a separate group for safeguard of their rights including right of privacy”.
