Gauhati HC Issues Notice in Plea on Non-Implementation of Schemes in Nagaland - 22.01.2021

Gauhati High Court has issued notice to Union Of India, State of Nagaland and others in a plea filed by the petitioner-Society (Global Trust Club) raising an issue pertaining to non-implementation of schemes such as Swachh Bharat Mission in the State of Nagaland.
