Madras HC Dismisses Settlement Plea in Rape Case - 01.02.2016

Madras HC, while trashing claim of 3 gang rape suspects, including that of husband of survivor, that woman had withdrawn her complaint and that issue had been amicably settled, has said that culprits should face trial, and it should be conducted on a day-to-day basis.
