SC: Writ Petition Challenging Entertainment Tax Exemption Granted to Formula One Race - 21.01.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the writ petition filed in 2011 challenging the entertainment tax exemption granted to Formula One Race held in India in 2011 and 2012 was not maintainable.
