Delhi HC Issues Notice on Contempt Plea Filed Against AAP for Failure to Comply - 21.01.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a contempt plea filed against the Aam Aadmi Party government, three municipal corporations, Delhi Development Authority and other civic agencies, for alleged failure to comply with the Court’s orders on enhancing seismic stability of the city.
