P&H HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Haryana Panchayati Raj (Second Amendment) Act - 20.01.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notice on a writ petition challenging the vires of the Haryana Panchayati Raj (Second Amendment) Act, 2020, which provides 50% reservation of seats for women in local body elections.
