Allahabad HC Seeks Response on Compensation of Trees Cut for Road Development Activities - 20.01.2021

Allahabad High Court has sought the responses of the Uttar Pradesh Government and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on a Public Interest Litigation seeking minimum cutting of trees during development activities being carried out in the State's capital and nearby cities.
