Karnataka HC Refuses NHAI Application Tendering Apology for Statement on EPA Act - 20.01.2021

Karnataka High Court has refused to entertain an application filed by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), tendering unconditional apology and seeking to unconditionally withdraw the statement of objections, wherein the authority made a statement that the Environment Protection Act, 1986 (EPA Act), has been passed by the Parliament at the instance of foreign powers.
