Delhi HC Refuses to Issue Notice on Plea Against Whatsapp’s New Privacy Policy - 18.01.2021

Delhi High Court has said that it will not issue notice in the Petition against Whatsapp application and its contentious updated privacy policy, observing that WhatsApp is a 'private app' and that the users voluntarily use the app even though they have the option to not use it.
