Bombay HC: Plea Challenging Rejection of Nomination Papers Cannot be Entertained - 18.01.2021

Bombay High Court has held that a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1949 challenging the rejection of nomination papers by the Returning Officer cannot be entertained as it is not a step in facilitating the Gram Panchayat election process.
