Allahabad HC: Mandatory Publication of Notice of Intended Marriage Not Mandatory - 14.01.2021

Allahabad High Court has held that requirement of publication of notice of intended marriage under Section 6 and inviting/entertaining objections under Section 7 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 is not mandatory.
