Bombay HC Asks NIA, Govt. to Consider Health of Varavara Rao in Bail Plea - 14.01.2021

Bombay High Court has asked the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Maharashtra government to consider the advanced age (80) and deteriorating health of Telugu poet Varavara Rao, who is an accused in the Elgar Parishad case, while making submissions on his bail plea.
